For independent CDL schools

Your next class starts full.

We run the ads and the follow-up that put verified, qualified students in front of your admissions rep. You answer the phone. That's the whole job.

No pitch deck. We pull your state's registry numbers live on the call, and you keep what we find either way.

$500k+of ad spend managed
30+companies we have run ads for
1,675leads delivered in the last 12 months
75%under benchmark cost per lead, on average

Straight answer: none of those companies is a truck driving school. We're new to this vertical and the machine isn't. These are our own numbers and we'll open the real dashboard on the call rather than showing you a screenshot.

The math nobody likes

An empty seat costs the same as a full one.

The truck payment doesn't change. Neither does the insurance, the yard, or what you pay your instructor. Every seat you don't fill is money that already left.

Ten seats a class. Six of them sold. That gap is your whole year.

Most schools fill the gap by buying leads from an aggregator, which sells that same inquiry to three other schools, or by waiting on word of mouth, which doesn't scale and doesn't care that your next start date is eighteen days out.

Why this month is different

The federal government just closed a lot of your competition.

This is public record, not a sales angle. You can check every number before you call us.

550 PLUS

Schools ordered to close

The Transportation Department ordered them shut over safety failures: unqualified instructors, students not properly tested, wrong equipment.

110

Emergency shutdowns

Closed outright over English-proficiency violations, with another 160 targeted for removal after that.

23 STATES

Under federal sweep

A Homeland Security Investigations sweep covering more than 200 driving schools, plus a new Justice Department trucking-fraud task force.

Those schools had students. Those students still want a CDL, and they're looking right now. The only question is whether they find you or the school two counties over.

How it works

Four things happen. You do one of them.

We build it, run it, and hand you a person on the phone who can actually start next class.

STEP 01

We build it

Landing page, screening quiz, CRM and automations, all standing up inside fourteen days. You send us your logo and your ad account and then you leave us alone.

STEP 02

The ads go live

Built and targeted by a media buyer who does this daily, running where career changers actually are, and rotated as the numbers move.

STEP 03

We screen before you call

Age, permit status, DOT physical, English proficiency, and how they're paying. Then we verify the phone number. What reaches you is a real person who answers.

STEP 04

Your rep gets the call

The applicant hears from you inside sixty seconds, a task lands on your rep's phone, and anyone who goes quiet gets five more touches automatically.

Illustrative. Not a customer of ours.

Who we put in front of you

The person paying for a CDL isn't who you think.

New entrants to trucking average 38 years old. Men start around 26. It's a career changer with a reason and a deadline, not a kid browsing.

That person is on Facebook and Instagram every day. They are not reading a billboard, and they will not find the website you last touched in 2016. This is the whole reason paid social works here and everybody in your market is still ignoring it.

What you get

Everything below is installed for you.

Six things. All of them ours to run, none of them yours to manage. Day one you get a login and a phone that rings.

Meta and Instagram ads, done for you

Built, targeted and managed every day. Budget, audiences, testing and creative rotation. You never open Ads Manager.

A CRM with the automations already built

Every applicant lands in it, gets a reply inside sixty seconds, and gets chased automatically if they go quiet. Nothing for you to wire up.

A live dashboard

Spend, applicants, cost per applicant and where every one of them stands. Open it at 2am if you want. You're never waiting on a report from us.

A landing page and a screening quiz

Age, permit status, DOT physical, English and how they're paying. Junk stops there instead of on your rep's phone.

Phone verification on every applicant

They confirm a real number before they ever reach you. No dead lines, no fake names.

Live in fourteen days

Or your build fee comes back in full. After the first quarter you continue month to month at the same rate with no second build fee.

One thing we say up front because other people bury it: the CRM, the landing page and the quiz are licensed software and they stay with us if you leave. Your leads and your contact history are yours, and we export them to you on request inside two business days.

Before you book

We're not right for every school.

Read the right-hand column honestly. If two of those are you, don't book the call, because we'll only waste each other's morning.

This works when

  • You're on the federal registry and in good standing today.
  • Somebody answers the phone and can enroll a student.
  • You have seats you'd fill tomorrow if the students showed up.
  • You can put at least fifty dollars a day behind the ads.

Skip us when

  • Nobody calls an inquiry back the same day. We can't fix that from here.
  • Your classes are already full. Call us when that changes.
  • You're under federal review. Get that settled first, then call.
  • You want it cheap. We're not the cheapest and we won't pretend to be.

Straight answers

The questions we always get.

What does it cost?

We'll give you the number on the call, and it takes about ninety seconds. We don't put it on the page because the right answer depends on whether you're one location or four, and we'd rather quote you than have you guess. What we can tell you now: it's one price, paid once for the quarter, and most schools cover it with one or two enrolled students.

How is this different from buying leads?

A lead vendor sells the same inquiry to you and three schools near you, then you race them to the phone. These applicants come from ads that run under your name, they answer a screening quiz, they verify their phone, and they belong to you. Nobody else gets that person.

Do you guarantee enrollments?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We can put a verified, qualified applicant in front of your admissions rep. We can't make that rep call back in ten minutes, and enrollment happens on the other side of that call. What we do guarantee is our own delivery: live in fourteen days or the build fee comes back in full.

How fast does it go live?

Fourteen days from the day we have your intake, access to your ad account, a payment method on it, your logo, and a booked session. Applicants usually start the same week the ads turn on. Your first enrollments land at your next start date.

If I leave, what do I keep?

Your leads and your contact history, exported to you inside two business days of asking. The CRM, the landing page and the quiz are licensed software that we build and run, and those stay with us. We'd rather tell you that now than have you find out at the end. Nobody in this business hands over a CRM, some of them just avoid saying so.

Am I locked in?

You buy a quarter. After that you continue month to month at the same rate with no second build fee, and you can stop. There's no annual contract and no auto-renewing year.

Who's actually running my ads?

A media buyer who does this every day, not a bot and not an intern. You'll meet them. Buzzword Strategies has run more than half a million dollars of ad spend for over thirty companies, and we'll open the real dashboard on the call rather than showing you a screenshot.

You've never worked with a truck driving school.

Correct, and we'd rather say it than have you find out. What transfers is the machine: paid social into a screening quiz into phone verification into a sixty-second callback. We've run that for regulated, high-ticket, appointment-driven businesses where one sale is worth thousands. Your economics look like theirs. If being early bothers you, that's fair, and you should wait for our case studies.

The next step

Twenty minutes, and you keep the plan.

We'll pull your state's registry numbers while you're on the phone and show you where your next twenty students come from. If it isn't a fit we'll say so on the call.

  • Your registry standing, checked live.
  • How many schools in your state are under federal review.
  • What filling your next class would actually take.
  • The price, in plain numbers, before you hang up.

No pitch deck, no pressure, and you keep whatever we work out together whether or not you hire us.

We call the number you give us. We don't sell it, and you won't get added to a list.

Fill your next class.
